The normal farm Packer machinery (APS) has the nominal capacity of 36000 eggs, which these nominal and practical capacity when the eggs enter to the machinery straight and uniformed the practical capacity get close to nominal capacity of the machinery، the difference is that, comparing with the economy packer farm model, this machinery had an eggs comb elevator that put the egg’s comb in the machinery’s conveyer belt automatically and immediately after putting the eggs in it, then suspend the eggs in a way that it’s wide head set upwards and it’s sharp point set downwards with different sizing without any limitation and all the plastic and cellulose containers of packing including 6 to 18 enter to the printing stage, and this machinery also has the capability of connect to economy three grade sorter ( smart), and has the capability of installing the egg’s special printer in the machinery’s conveyer belt which does the operation of the printer automatically.
